Most of us treat overthinking as a personality flaw, however it is usually just an overworked problem-solving system. The brain keeps spinning because it hasn’t been given clear next steps.

One of the strategies I share is a fifteen-minute “worry slot” that trains your mind to contain concerns rather than letting them roam the day. Another is a method for converting fears into small tests that either prove them right or wrong.

These are tools you can use tonight, not theories you have to debate.
