One tip is to practise abundance daily.
That can be as simple as sharing encouragement, giving kindness or being generous with patience. Each small act changes the atmosphere around you and within you.

Not necessarily dramatic miracles, yet the quiet ones we often miss. A conversation that arrives at the right time. A moment of peace. The ability to begin again.

That question gently pulls us out of regret and worry and brings us back into the present where change is actually possible.

A warm smile. A quiet cup of tea. Helping someone who needed it. Listening fully when someone speaks.
When we look back on life, it is often those moments we remember most clearly.
There is also a gentle push to stop making worry a habit.
Worry feels active, yet usually changes nothing. Calm action, even small action, changes far more.
