If you only read one thing today make it this
Have you ever noticed how often your mind leaves the present moment?
You might be sitting quietly today, yet your thoughts are replaying something from the past or imagining what could happen tomorrow.
This is something we all do. Our minds naturally organise life into memories, current experiences and future possibilities.
However, when we become too caught up in yesterday or tomorrow, we can lose connection with the one place where our real power exists: the present moment.
Today I'm sharing an exercise called the Indivisible Sphere of the Present that explores a different way of looking at time and your own awareness.
It is designed to help you gather the lessons, experiences and wisdom you have gained so they can become a source of clarity and strength in your life today.
Instead of feeling pulled between regrets about what has already happened and worries about what might happen next, this practice encourages you to experience yourself as a whole person in this moment.
You may find it useful when you need to quiet mental noise, reduce unnecessary fear or reconnect with a feeling of direction and choice when life feels uncertain.
Learn more about this powerful present moment exercise
The idea behind this exercise is simple: your past is not just a collection of old events and your future is not only a collection of things waiting to happen. Both can influence how you experience this moment.
Everything you have learned, every experience that shaped you and every hope you carry influences the person you are becoming right now.
The exercise includes a visualisation process that helps you rethink the way you relate to time and your own consciousness.
It is also accompanied by two fascinating videos titled "Indivisible Sphere of the Present (exercise)" and "Is the future already set in stone?" which explore these ideas further.
Whether you enjoy self reflection, mindset exercises or simply discovering new ways to understand yourself, I think you’ll find this concept fascinating.

Sometimes personal growth does not come from adding more to your life. Sometimes it comes from seeing what is already there with greater clarity.
When you become more present, you often make better decisions, respond more thoughtfully and stop giving so much energy to imagined problems.
Try the exercise and see what insights appear for you.
Your awareness is one of the most powerful tools you have. The more you learn to use it, the more intentionally you can move through life.
I hope this exercise gives you a new perspective and a helpful reminder that this moment is where life is actually happening.
