Have you ever looked back at your life and realised the path you are on is completely different from the one you imagined years ago?

It is easy to spend years wishing life had followed the original plan. Yet what if the unexpected path is not the wrong one? What if it is quietly leading you somewhere far richer than you could have imagined?

The older I become the more I realise that life rarely follows a straight line. It twists, surprises, disappoints and delights us, often all within the same season. Those twists can leave us feeling frustrated because they rarely fit the picture we once carried in our minds.

The happiest, strongest and wisest people I have met all seem to have one thing in common. They stopped asking, "Why didn't life go according to plan?" and started asking, "What can this experience teach me?"

That single shift changes everything. Instead of seeing disruption as failure, you begin seeing it as preparation. Instead of resisting change, you begin growing through it.

Why the detour may be your greatest blessing
