Lesson Two
Alternate Nostril Breathing

Swami Veda introduces alternate nostril breathing
(also called channel purification), which balances
the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
Conflicts in your mind will diminish, and all parts of
your brain will come to work in harmony. You’ll notice
this in how you function at work and interact with
your colleagues.
You may notice health benefits right away, too, because
the different parts of the body that are governed by
each hemisphere come to a balanced state. Using
your chosen phrase, you exhale toxins of body and
mind, releasing tension and anger, as you inhale peace.

Lesson Three
Breathing and Awakening the Subtle Energies

The breath expresses subtle energies that flow
within us. This affects how you relate to your work,
relationships, and health.
Swami Veda teaches how to harmonize the flow
of those energies through your energy centers in
the body.
You gradually come to feel your own life force as it
ascends and descends through your being. You can
gain greater control over the functions of your mind-body
energy field. All of this means more balance and more
harmony in how you exist in your life.

Lesson Four
Experiencing the Conditionless Being

This is probably the sweetest part of program. In this lesson
Swami Veda guides you to experience yourself as a field of
pure being - not as a bundle of fears and bitter memories,
future anxieties and conflicts, or 10,000 wars going on in the
continent of your skull.
Yes, those conditions operate around all day, yet you are no
longer conditioned by them. In this lesson you begin to
touch that part of the being that is conditionless, eternal
and full of love. Your self-concept rises and you perform at
higher levels all day long.
