Just now, I received an email from a Forward Steps subscriber.

The email hit me at the end of a long day of work and, rather
than respond, I reacted. Ouch!

I ought to know much, much better. :)

Anyhow, to help you see I'm human too, I thought I would
share this one with you. Note: I sent my reply twice, to two
different emails from this subscriber...

Not every web owner who gives away a download, will take
you to a page that indicates you need to be on the look out for
an email. I've noticed that some send you straight to a sales
page. Yet, there will be an email sent, which contains your gift.

This email from me is a little reminder lesson for us all, in the
importance of keeping our cool and to respond rather than react.

Secondly, it is to help in case you had a similar experience to the
subscriber who wrote to me, and... thirdly, it's a short mini-training
from me on what can happen online with downloads and to always
check for an email whenever you add your details for an offer.

I'll now stop work for the evening. It's been busy today! :)
