I'm thinking of taking the Raise Our Spirit page only to end
of May, then returning to the daily Extra email as before.
Let me know how you feel about that. If this is making a
difference to you, I'm happy to keep going. I only need to
hear from you. Just shoot me a quick reply.

same time that I update our daily 'raise our spirit' video.
For the next few months, you will receive this daily email
to revisit the 'Raise Our Spirit' page. It replaces one of
your daily extras (if you receive two of them) or replaces
your daily extra (if you only got one of them each day).
If you're feeling stir crazy, reply to any email of mine. I do
answer. You'll only need to be mindful of my AWST time
